You should not have to board a plane to receive a finished home. Most of our international handovers happen while the owner is asleep in another time zone.
/ 01Before anything is built
We confirm the floor plan against a site measure, not against the developer's drawing. Those two disagree more often than they agree.
/ 02The photo set
Every room is shot in daylight from two corners, plus a detail pass on finishes. You approve from the images before we close the door.

/ 03Snagging without you
We hold a written snag list and close it ourselves. Nothing is marked complete on your behalf without a photograph attached to it.
- Site-measure, never trust the drawing.
- Two corners per room, in daylight.
- Written snag list, photo-closed.
- One named contact throughout.
/ 04What handover actually includes
Delivery, in-home placement, assembly, waste removal and a documented walk-through — coordinated as a single visit rather than five.
